Employee Shoutout: Paola Ferrate

We’re excited to share news about one of our newest Search Consultants, Paola Ferrate, who recently passed her Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional – CDSP certification!

Paola joined our sister company Brakeley Search back in May. She has more than a decade of experience in the non-profit sector and began her career in 1998, working for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Guatemala, where she grew up. She moved to Miami in 2004 to pursue an MBA from Keller School of Management in Miami and came to San Francisco in 2008, where she currently resides with her husband, Bill, and two daughters: Sophia (8) and Rachel (6).

In October, Paola will be taking her Certified People Sourcing Professional (CPSP).
